Computer-Based Cognitive Training

Computer-based cognitive training often involves doing mental tasks on a computer. Sometimes called “brain games,” training usually involves things that are a little harder than a game. Researchers also think there may be a difference between training and doing mentally stimulating activities like reading or solving crossword puzzles.
